Our work spans premier and emerging markets across the U.S. and internationally, partnering with clients who define the evolving standard of luxury.Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative growth and partnerships leader with a strong, established network and the ability to access early-stage development conversations, ready to shape growth at an agency level. This role requires an individual with a deep, established network and the ability to access early-stage development conversations.The Creative Growth Director will focus on developing and nurturing a strong roster of prospective clients, supporting creative-led new business efforts while demonstrating strong fluency in our full-service offerings (digital, marketing, etc), and contributing to campaign strategy and concepting. This role is ideal for someone who has already begun building meaningful industry relationships and is eager to deepen them through partnership, collaboration, and long-term thinking.This role will partner closely and continuously with our Chief Creative Officer and Executive Director of Growth & Success to align creative vision, growth strategy, and client success. While this role reports directly to the CEO, it is highly collaborative by design and succeeds through strong internal partnerships.What You’ll DoCreative Growth & Relationship DevelopmentServe as a visible, active representative of Knightsbridge Park within the real estate and creative communities — attending local, national, and select international industry events, conferences, and networking functions, and positioning yourself as a thought leader through speaking engagements, panel participation, and relationship-building across the broader creative and real estate ecosystem.Beyond presence, this role is responsible for converting that visibility into pipeline:Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of prospective clients focused on creative-led and full-service engagements.Nurture long-term relationships with brand and industry contacts, with an emphasis on future opportunities.Collaborate with the Executive Director of Growth & Success to align outreach, pipeline development, and new business strategy.Support the conversion of relationships into active opportunities alongside senior leadership.Creative Strategy & EngagementParticipate in early-stage discussions around positioning, operator selection, and market differentiationHelp developers understand how brand, digital, and campaign strategy function as an integrated, long-term systemIdentify opportunities where early strategic definition can materially impact project value and absorptionGuide prospective clients through positioning, differentiation, and narrative developmentCollaborate with internal strategy and creative teams to frame proposalsConvert early conversations into structured engagements and active partnershipsDigital Ecosystem FocusContribute to the creative vision for integrated digital ecosystems, including websites and campaign extensions.Work alongside the CCO and internal teams to ensure digital experiences support campaign goals.Apply an understanding of how design, UX, content, and performance work together as part of a system.Grow fluency in digital fundamentals to support strategic conversations with clients and prospects.Creative Collaboration & Team EngagementWork in close partnership with the Chief Creative Officer to guide creative direction.Collaborate with designers and creative teams at all levels, providing strategic feedback and support.Maintain working familiarity with tools such as InDesign, Figma, and related platforms to effectively review work.Help elevate creative output through clarity, alignment, and thoughtful feedback.Cross-Functional & Client PartnershipPartner with the Executive Director of Growth & Success to support client growth, retention, and long-term value.Participate in client presentations, pitch meetings, and strategic conversations.Represent KB Park alongside senior leadership in external meetings and industry settings.Bridge high-level creative ideas with the realities of client objectives and execution.What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in creative, advertising, brand strategy, or agency environments.An established network of industry relationships that can be activated early to generate qualified conversations and creative-led opportunities for the agency.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Strong interest in advertising campaigns, creative concepting, and strategic thinking.Comfort collaborating closely with senior creative and growth leadership.Experience working with creative teams and understanding creative workflows.Familiarity with creative tools (InDesign, Figma, etc.) for collaboration and review.Curiosity and willingness to learn digital marketing fundamentals.
