The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Special Education, differentiated instruction, behavior support, and collaborative/co-teaching models.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, distribute, and maintain IEP snapshots for students with disabilitiesUtilize inclusive and co-teaching instructional models including station, parallel, alternative, and team teachingSupport classroom behavior and academic expectationsPartner closely with families and maintain positive parent communicationCollect and analyze student performance data to drive instructionAdminister and interpret formal and informal assessmentsAdapt instructional materials to support access to the general education curriculumDevelop quarterly IEP progress reports and maintain compliance documentationMonitor timelines for evaluations, IEPs, 504s, and re-evaluationsCreate lesson plans and curriculum with all learners in mindQualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related fieldMinimum of 4 years of Early Years (PK–1) Special Education experienceStrong understanding of learning theory, ABA, differentiated instruction, assessment, and child developmentKnowledge of Special Education compliance requirementsSpecial Education certification preferredMandarin proficiency preferred but not requiredCompensation: Competitive hourly pay ranging from $45-$60+/hour, depending on experience, credentials, and overall fit.To apply, please submit your application and email your updated resume for immediate consideration!raquel.damico@procaretherapy.com#p34
