If you are a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist Oncologist eager to provide exceptional care within a nationally accredited cancer program, we invite you to consider a career with us.What We Offer:- Full-time employment opportunity, providing services at our clinics in Davenport and Silvis, with shared on-call responsibilities.- Competitive salary structure with a base guarantee of $800,000 for the first two years, transitioning to $600,000 plus wRVU in the third year.- A signing bonus of $150,000.- Negotiable educational loan assistance and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.- Relocation support of up to $15,000.- Generous paid time off, including 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week for continuing medical education (CME), and 6 paid holidays.- CME allowance of $6,000.- Comprehensive health benefits including dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, as well as a 457(b) plan.- Malpractice insurance coverage.- A physician-led medical group that emphasizes leadership, wellness, and work-life balance, providing resources to help you achieve your professional goals.- Support from a hospitalist team for inpatient care.- The freedom to develop your practice while enjoying the advantages of being part of a medical group and working within a collaborative team environment.Qualifications:- MD or DO degree.- Board eligible or board certified in Hematology/Oncology.- Capability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted medical license in both Iowa and Illinois.- Current and unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to your practice.- Eligibility to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates are encouraged to apply).Your Work Environment:Our accredited cancer care program is seeking an additional board eligible or board certified Hematologist Oncologist to join a dedicated team of 4 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and experienced clinical and non-clinical staff. We provide a comprehensive array of innovative treatments, advanced technology, and educational resources. Our collaborative services include radiation oncology, infusion resources, genetic testing, surgical interventions (including robotic surgery), clinical trials, tumor boards, dieticians, and cancer navigators. We operate community-based clinics in Davenport and Clinton, Iowa, as well as Silvis, Illinois.Your Living Environment:The Quad Cities, encompassing 6 counties in Iowa and Illinois, is the largest metropolitan area along the Mississippi River between Minneapolis and St. Louis.
