This role will lead sponsor logistics, exhibit hall execution, and operational coordination for a large-scale hosted conference and global events.Event Sponsorship & Logistics Manager Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, managing pre-event and on-site logistics, booth setup, and deliverables- Support planning and on-site execution of the exhibit hall alongside the Event Manager- Oversee sponsorship logistics, including contract management and invoice processing- Track and ensure fulfillment of all sponsorship deliverables- Assist with global event operations and cross-regional coordinationEvent Sponsorship & Logistics Manager Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of event management experience- Proven experience managing or supporting exhibit halls for large corporate conferences- Strong financial management skills (invoicing, contracting, tracking)- Experience with global event logistics or international coordination preferred- Based in or able to work from Austin, TX (preferred)- Availability to travel and attend conference in Austin, TX (October 1-6) In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
