Food Production Supervisor

Directs, supervises and evaluates all employees and area functions as assigned in production and tray assembly. Coordinates all food production/service to patients and staff during service times including actual food preparation as needed. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Associate's Degree in Hospitality Preferred or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience 5 years experience as a Lead Cook with responsibilities for production.
