With a track record of success and a reputation for excellence, this is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to advance their career in law.Position: Associate AttorneyResponsibilities:- Evaluate and negotiate insurance settlements- Attend hearings and trials- Draft discovery responses and motions- Take depositions- Work as a team player and be proactive and organizedEssential Job Functions:- Trial experience preferred- Strong attention to detail- Self-motivated and eager to learn- Excellent communication skillsSkills:- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in civil trial law- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong negotiation skills- Ability to work well under pressureThis position offers an excellent benefit package including paid time off, 401k, medical, dental, vision insurance, long term disability, long term care insurance, and life insurance benefits.
