Job Title: Program Manager, Senior (Data Analytics) Location: Oakland, CA (300 Lakeside Dr) Duration: 6 Months Rate: $80–$100/hr (W2) Work Type: Hybrid (Local candidates only – Bay Area)Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and execute strategic programs within a dynamic, data-driven environment. This role requires strong program management expertise, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively across all levels of the organization.The ideal candidate will have experience in employee engagement, surveys, and company culture initiatives, along with a proven ability to manage complex programs independently.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program management for moderate to complex initiativesDefine program plans, goals, deliverables, and success metricsWork independently while providing direction across cross-functional teamsManage program timelines, risks, and dependenciesDevelop and maintain budget forecasts; analyze variances and recommend solutionsCreate and deliver reports, dashboards, and business insights using data analyticsCommunicate findings, recommendations, and program updates to leadership and stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement by introducing new perspectives and solutionsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience6+ years of program management or related experienceStrong expertise in program planning, execution, and deliveryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in regulated environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with employee engagement programs, surveys, and organizational culture initiativesKnowledge of energy or utilities industryFamiliarity with customer-focused programs and energy efficiency initiativesDemonstrated ability to lead or manage cross-functional teamsWork EnvironmentHybrid work model (Oakland, CA)Primarily office-based with extensive use of computers and virtual collaboration toolsOccasional travel may be requiredCompany-issued laptop providedAdditional NotesLocal Bay Area candidates only (must reside near Oakland, CA)Assignment is hybrid and requires onsite presence
