Customer Service/Inside Sales Position CUSTOM BRICK & SUPPLY COMPANY ---- is a Raleigh-based distributorship, offering an array of masonry products: Brick, Stone – Natural & Cultured, Mortar, Sand, Block, lintels, and more. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Rep. who will answer incoming calls, take and input orders into computer system, assist walk-in customers at the front counter as well as help homeowners, contractors, architects and designers in our showroom selecting brick, stone and masonry supplies. Responsibilities to include but not limited to: - Answer incoming phone calls. - Greet customers and assist them at the front counter. - Assist homeowners, contractors, architects and designers in our showroom with their brick, stone and masonry supplies selections. - MUST BE ABLE TO MULTITASK. - Must be skilled using computers. - Inside support for outside sales force. - Must be able to communicate well with customers in person and over the phone. - Must be able to enter orders using computer. - Must pay close attention to details daily. Required Experience: 1. Customer Service/Inside Sales: 1 year 2. Stone, Brick or Building Supply business experience preferred 3. Marketing and/or advertising experience preferred but not required. 4. Bilingual is a plus+ Competitive Salary and Benefits package.
