A ProblemThere’s no Traffic on the Extra MileYou have Everything You NeedAbout The RoleWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary Turn Maintenance Technician to assist with unit turns and general maintenance during the turnover season from July 15, 2025 - August 15, 2025. This position is responsible for preparing units for incoming residents by performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs and inspections. The role is fast-paced and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in a team environment.MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS AND/OR EXTENDED HOURS. What You'll DoPerform unit turns including basic repairs and general maintenanceInspect and ensure units are ready for move-in according to company standardsAssist with furniture assembly, appliance installation, and light plumbing/electrical repairsComplete work orders in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCommunicate with the maintenance supervisor or team lead about needed supplies or issuesSupport teams as needed during turnoverFollow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPEProvide excellent customer service when interacting with residents or staffQualificationsPrevious maintenance, construction, or related experience preferredAbility to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical laborStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsReliable transportation and punctuality requiredBasic knowledge of tools, maintenance equipment, and safety proceduresPerks$250 upon successful completion of Turn (determined by Area Service Manager)
