Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to drive the development and architecture of innovative, scalable web applications. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Express, alongside backend technologies like Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, or Python. Architect scalable, resilient systems utilizing microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or Azure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs. Implement best practices in software engineering including design patterns, version control (GitHub, SVN), CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews to ensure high quality and maintainability. Drive agile software development processes, facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and foster a culture of continuous delivery. Oversee system security measures including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and ensure compliance with industry standards. Mentor team members on technical skills such as system design for system development, scalability considerations, and emerging technologies like quantum engineering when applicable. Qualifications Proven experience leading full stack software engineering teams in an agile environment with a focus on web development and application development. Strong proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, C++, C, VBA or.NET frameworks. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components such as Linux servers, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and network security principles. Expertise in designing scalable systems using microservices architecture, REST APIs, SQL databases like MySQL or MySQL-compatible systems, and NoSQL solutions when needed. Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or similar JavaScript frameworks for front-end development. Experience with version control systems (GitHub, SVN), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and application deployment strategies. Knowledge of software design principles including design patterns and best practices for API development using RESTful services. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
