Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chicago, IL, for an Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will interact directly with new and existing clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer support. You will assist customers in selecting insurance products, maintain accurate records, and ensure a seamless experience throughout all service interactions. Performing follow-up calls, troubleshooting customer concerns, and working collaboratively with team members will also be part of your daily responsibilities.
