Systems EngineerSystems Engineer must possess Local Area Network (LAN) skills; ability to build servers, understand certificate authorities, build and operate Microsoft Exchange servers/systems and integrate customer systems into enterprise.Required SkillsDemonstrated strong background in Microsoft Server Administration.Advanced knowledge/Expertise in MS Exchange.Experience using VMWare to support mission critical datacenter applicationsExperience with Storage Area Networks.Applet and Policy Integration experience.Demonstrated strong performance as a Systems Engineer / Architect, developing or implementing information systems with a broad experience base across the entire project lifecycleDemonstrated capacity to understand and communicate technical ideas, concepts, and thoughts across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work in fast pace, high pressure environmentDemonstrated ability to independently determine and develop approach to solutionsCommunications Systems experienceLocal Area Network (LAN) expertise
