US Qualified Tax Attorney - London Office

I am working with a Top Tier London tax team who are looking to hire a US Qualified tax associate for their specialist London team. The role will be best suited to a US qualified tax associate either based in London or an associate considering a relocation to London. The team are open to level so will look at NQ up to junior partner. The team undertake a range of tax work with a focus on funds tax matters. This includes fund liquidity, fund management, selling of portfolio assets and fund raisings. A lot of this work originates in the EU but there is also a lot of cross over with the tax teams in the US.
