Role: Program Manager – SREDuration: Long-TermLocation: RemoteExperience: 7–10 years (3–5 years in SRE/DevOps/Cloud programs)Role SummaryWe are looking for a Program Manager to lead large-scale SRE initiatives, driving reliability, execution, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and align SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets with business goalsOwn end-to-end delivery of SRE initiatives (platform reliability, DR, observability)Manage intake, prioritization, and execution across teamsTrack dependencies, risks, and ensure timely deliveryDrive incident management and blameless postmortemsEstablish governance cadence and executive reportingMaintain visibility into SRE portfolio and impact metricsRequirements7–10 years in program management; 3–5 years in SRE/DevOps/CloudStrong knowledge of SRE principles and infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP/Azure)Experience in Agile/Lean program managementProven ability to influence in a matrixed organization
