This role is focused on enterprise-level Linux infrastructure management, with deep expertise in Rocky Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Linux kernel optimization, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing senior-level technical leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain enterprise-grade Linux infrastructure with a focus on Rocky Linux and RHEL.Perform Linux kernel optimization, debugging, and advanced troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.Architect, configure, and automate systems for scalability, high availability, and security.Implement and enforce best practices for patching, monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery.Lead technical projects, provide guidance to cross-functional teams, and influence infrastructure strategy.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).7+ years of experience in Linux systems engineering/administration in enterprise environments.Expertise in Rocky Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system administration.Strong knowledge of Linux kernel internals, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, KVM), containers (Docker, Podman), and orchestration (Kubernetes).Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or similar).Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
