If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will DoThe Team Leader or Project Leader is responsible for supervision of individual contributors, project management, execution and smooth operations of the team/project.Coordinate with internal and external customers demonstrating product knowledgeManage details of customer orders from receipt through invoicing.Review transactions for completeness and accuracyWork closely with product line managers and engineering to determine technical scope of work for orders placed on plantCoordinates daily activities with operations, quality, engineering, shipping/receiving to ensure orders are progressing to meet customer commitments.Expediting of orders or proposals for customers as necessary.Works with purchasing in scheduling requests for subcontract services at supplier facilities.Maintain positive customer and interpersonal relationships, including telephone, correspondence and customer visits as required.Provide customer correspondence such as schedule updates, quality issues, clarification of scopes of work and any/all information impacting customer deliveries.Create/provide reports on customer centered metrics to upper management.Create work instructions and SOPs of process and standards specific to plantPerform other duties as directed.Manage employee workload and trainingsConduct daily touch points with each employee in your team and conduct regular team meetings to flow down company and immediate organizational communicationsManage Time & Material and Tasked based projects of low complexity for work packages from our customers. Project management will include on-time delivery, proposal preparations, risk assessments, timesheet approvals, and financial managementConduct Root Cause Analysis and encourage and monitor Productivity and Continuous Improvements as required for the customer work packageManage Customer point of contact by assisting with scope and work package definitions, report weekly status, conduct quality and progress reviews, solicit regular Customer Satisfaction FeedbackWork with your Center’s Technical Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to ensure projects are executed with high technical quality and technical career development is provided to your team membersCreate a team environment where your employees are encouraged to grow professionally and challenge themselvesSupport Hiring by conducting interviews as required and providing Hiring Manager with candidate feedbackWhat You Will Bring 2+ plus years of experience involving Customer interaction, coordination of work prioritization and successful demonstration of ability to work independently and with teams.Candidates must have a very good grasp of Microsoft office programs and have basic knowledge of ERP systems. Experience in SAP a plus.Candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills.Excellent, demonstrated experience with computers and Microsoft Office software.Requires strong problem solving and analytical skillsMust have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Communication with internal customers to understand requirements and communicate process deviations.Requires strict confidentiality in dealing with sensitive, private information, and possesses high professional ethics, dependability, good judgement, and ability to take decisive action.Ability to willingly participate in a team environment to achieve departmental and organizational goals and objectives.Ability to work with established deadlines and achieve goals/outcomes.Pay Range: $70k/annim to $75K/yearCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.Work RequirementsThis role is considered an on-site position located in Charlotte, NCYou must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
