Maintenance Technician -2nd Shift

TBEI is looking for a skilled maintenance technician to oversee the installation and maintenance of our equipment. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment. This will include installing new equipment, performing regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.
Essential Duties:
Install, maintain and repair malfunctions on all plant industrial equipment including (but not limited to) sheer, brake presses, drills, saws, cope, grinder, welding equipment, cutting torch, plasma burner, laser, forklift, crane, and jib boom
Identify and repair malfunctions on production facility including (but not limited to) electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning.
Monitor Preventive Maintenance programs and provide feedback on the avoidance of malfunctions in equipment
Participate in the scheduling and prioritization of maintenance activities
Complete all administrative responsibilities accurately and on a timely basis
Participate in ordering maintenance parts and supplies, providing recommendations for appropriate materials
Train and direct lower-level maintenance workers when required.

Education: Degree from a vocational or community college with related coursework on electrical, mechanical, or equivalent education preferred
