Development Sensor Program Manager

Overview In this role you will lead the Development Sensor Program Manager for the Large Format Infrared Sensor Development Team, guiding cross-functional work to mature and scale production of advanced IR sensors. You will manage program execution from concept to flight qualification, collaborate with Business Development on proposals, and mentor IPTs across engineering, operations, and supply chain. The position offers high visibility in a mission‑critical tech area and the chance to shape a growing sensor business. You will operate at the intersection of engineering excellence and program leadership to deliver impactful, producible infrared sensor solutions.
