Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Nurse to join our med spa team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest or background in aesthetic procedures and a commitment to delivering high-quality, results-driven care. You will perform non-surgical cosmetic treatments, educate clients on skincare, and help them achieve their aesthetic goals in a professional and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP, chemical peels, and laser therapies (based on qualifications and training) Conduct thorough consultations to assess client concerns and develop personalized treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation and client records in compliance with regulatory standards Educate clients on pre- and post-procedure care and skincare routines Follow safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment Stay informed on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in aesthetics Promote spa services and products and contribute to a high level of client satisfaction Collaborate with team members and support spa operations as needed Qualifications: Active RN or NP license in [State] Certification in injectables (Botox and dermal fillers) required or willingness to obtain Previous experience in aesthetic nursing, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor Passion for beauty, skincare, and continuous learning Training & Development: We provide ongoing in-house training and continuing education opportunities to keep you up-to-date with the latest techniques in injectables, fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. This includes advanced injection training and refresher sessions to support professional growth and treatment excellence. Preferred Skills: Experience with aesthetic devices such as lasers, RF, or IPL is a plus Sales or client education background in a med spa or clinical setting BLS/CPR certification Compensation: Competitive hourly or salary-based pay, plus bonus or commission opportunities based on performance and treatments.
