Shopify Web Developer
We’re looking for a highly skilled Shopify Web Developer who can move fast, think strategically, and execute without constant oversight. This role sits at the intersection of development, design, marketing, and performance—ideal for someone who understands how to build and optimize web experiences that drive conversions, improve user experience, and support rapid campaign execution.Location: Clearwater, FL (In-Office)Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)What You’ll DoDevelop, customize, and maintain Shopify storefronts and landing pagesBuild high-converting landing pages, advertorials, and listicle-style pagesCollaborate closely with the marketing team to launch and optimize campaignsImplement UX/UI improvements across the website to improve conversion rates and user experienceTroubleshoot and resolve frontend and backend Shopify issuesCustomize Shopify themes and work within Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and app integrationsOptimize website speed, performance, and responsiveness across devicesImprove SEO performance through technical and on-page optimizationsWork quickly and efficiently while maintaining clean, scalable, high-quality codeWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience developing and managing Shopify stores (frontend + backend)Strong understanding of Shopify theme architecture and Liquid templatingProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web developmentExperience building:Landing pagesAdvertorialsListicle-style contentConversion-focused ecommerce experiencesFamiliarity with UX/UI best practices and CRO (conversion rate optimization)Solid understanding of SEO and website performance optimizationAbility to execute quickly (ideal: landing pages completed within 48 hours)Strong problem-solving and debugging skillsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing teamsDetail-oriented with a high standard for quality, accuracy, and organizationBonus PointsExperience with Shopify PlusFamiliarity with Klaviyo, Rebuy, Recharge, or other ecommerce appsExperience with A/B testing tools and analytics platformsBasic graphic design or Figma experienceHow to ApplySend your resume and examples of relevant work (portfolio required) to talent@zulay.net
