CNC Machine Operator

Responsibilities: · Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision cable and wire components. · Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure accuracy. · Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency. · Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and document results. · Perform basic maintenance checklist and report any equipment issues. · Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals. · Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. --- Requirements: · High school diploma or GED required. · 2+ years of CNC machine operation experience (preferably in cable, wire, or electrical assembly). · Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. · Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. · Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
