Review patients' medical records, obtain clinical information, and ensure exam accuracy by matching requisitions with physician orders. Position patients correctly, select appropriate transducers, and adjust technical factors to produce high-quality images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Identify and label images accurately with patient information, and maintain detailed records in compliance with regulatory standards.
