We specialize in architecturally designed luxury homes built with high-quality green materials and energy-efficient practices.We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to lead ground-up custom home construction from start to finish. Personal vehicle suitable for jobsite travel required (vehicle allowance provided for qualifying vehicles).Hands-On ComponentThis is not a desk-only role. You may be required to:Install sump pumps if necessaryPerform minor jobsite tasks as needed to secure or protect the property.AvailabilityWeekend work when requiredStrong work ethic and accountability expectedCompensation & BenefitsFull-time position, W-2 EmploymentStarting pay: $85,000 per year, based on experience.
