Senior Brand Manager

*This is Not an internal role with ForceBrands*Location: NYC, 3-4 days a week, onsite What You'll Do: Lead brand strategy, storytelling, and creative direction across all consumer touchpointsOwn and evolve brand voice, visual identity, and overall brand consistencyDevelop and execute innovative campaigns, partnerships, and activations to drive awarenessCreate scrappy, high-impact marketing moments that generate organic buzz and cultural relevanceIdentify and lead brand collaborations and partnerships that expand reach and visibilityTranslate consumer insights and internal data into compelling, consumer-facing brand initiativesGuide agencies across PR, design, and digital to ensure strong creative executionEnsure a cohesive brand presence across social, retail, experiential, and digital channelsPartner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and Operations on product launches and innovation planningBuild and manage a forward-looking marketing calendar tied to key moments, launches, and cultural eventsBring forward net-new ideas and concepts that align with brand vision and drive differentiation(Nice-to-have) Support project management and internal alignment across key initiativesQualifications: 3–7+ years in brand marketing, creative strategy, or similarProven ability to build brand awareness through creative, culturally relevant campaignsExperience in high-growth, resource-constrained environmentsStrong creative instincts, storytelling, and visual sensibilityTrack record of scrappy, viral, or organic marketing successExperience with brand partnerships and collaborationsCollaborative and able to work cross-functionally and with agenciesBackground in CPG
