You are comfortable managing up, balancing big-picture priorities with detail-oriented execution, and operating across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.What You’ll DoOperations & SystemsMaintain and improve workflows, project tracking, and organizational systems (ClickUp, calendars, shared drives)Manage timelines and priorities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsEnsure data systems (Salesforce, survey forms, files) are accurate, organized, and maintained Executive & Team SupportPrepare agendas, briefs, and materials for leadership and team meetingsManage calendars, scheduling, and shifting prioritiesAnticipate needs, surface risks, and support leadership decision-makingPrograms & EventsSupport program operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and coordination of program infrastructure (tools, systems, stakeholder touchpoints)Lead planning and execution of organizational events (e.g., gala, retreats, community gatherings)Communications & DevelopmentSupport newsletters, campaigns, and stakeholder communicationsAssist with donor stewardship, acknowledgments, and campaign execution People OperationsSupport hiring, onboarding, and contractor coordinationContribute across operational needs as they arise in a dynamic, evolving environmentQualificationsRequired 3+ years experience in operations, project management, executive support, or campaign operationsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentHigh autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving abilityProficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management toolsComfort with CRM and campaign management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Givebutter, Fillout)Alignment with RepresentEd’s mission and embracing values of equity, empowerment, progress and connectionMust have reliable transportation and ability to travel to in-person meetings and events across the Bay AreaMust be based within a reasonable commuting distance (approximately 30 minutes) of OaklandPreferred Experience in nonprofit, startup, or high-growth environmentsExperience supporting board engagement, including preparation of materials, coordination, and stakeholder communication Experience supporting or managing campaign strategies and campaign platforms (fundraising, communications, or program-based initiatives)Time Commitment & Work EnvironmentFull-time (40 hours/week)Hybrid work model with in-person meetings and events across the Bay AreaWhy Join RepresentEdYou will play a central role in keeping a mission-driven organization running effectively while contributing to programs and partnerships that expand access to opportunity.
