Join us as a Facilitator in our Business Support Team!About The RoleYou will play a key role within our central Business Support function, providing first-class administrative support in our Denver office. The focus is on enabling our Partners and Consultants to concentrate on client projects by ensuring seamless operations and support. You will be the first point of contact for a diverse range of personnel.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative support for Partners (approx. 40% of role):Travel and logistic coordination across multiple time zonesSubmission of expenses in line with company policyCalendar or meeting coordination supportSupporting internal team meetings, external client events, and preparing documentationGeneral time and workload management to meet tight deadlinesDenver office facilities support (approx. 40%):Acting as a main point of contact for office related matters, liaise with staff and building managementOversee the day-to-day office; order/maintain office supplies, spaces and equipmentCoordinate meetings, events, catering and visitor requirements. Support in the coordination of events that contribute to team building and bonding.General and system administration; ad hoc support (approx. 20%):Supporting various Go-To-Market and capability initiativesProcessing purchase orders and assisting with ISO auditsBe a collaborating member of the US business support team, providing coverage for other members as needed during absence.Supporting workshops and other business support tasksResponsible for developing and maintaining best practice processes, sharing of information, adhering and maintaining knowledge management systems, Teams sites and databases already in place.QualificationsAbout YouSkills & Personal Qualities:Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional mannerSignificant administrative experience, ideally within a large professional services organisationExcellent MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Teams and Word.
