Associate Attorney

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney for our client, a well-established law firm in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation and/or general liability. Casualty, insurance defense, and/or employment law a plus.Responsibilities:Manage a caseload from inception to resolution. Conduct legal research, analysis and draft legal documents. Conduct depositions, draft and argue motions, and attend court hearings. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurers. Participate in firm marketing and business development activities. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies. Requirements:J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission to the Delaware bar. 2-5 years of experience in casualty and/or general liability, but will highly consider other areas of practice as well. Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
