Able to build strong relationships and quick rapport, passion for developing leaders, strength in physician relationshipsEducation:BSN required.Master's degree in nursing or related field or other appropriate post Graduate Degree required.Licensure/certification/registration:Texas State RN License or compact license is accepted.National Specialty Certification required, AHA BLS required.Required Experience:10 years of recent nursing experience in Women's Services, Labor and Delivery, PICU, NICU, PEDS, etc.5 years of leadership experience.
