A 5-hour-per-week, on-site role with a strong emphasis on ownership and follow-through. You will be the person who makes sure the team has what they need to do their best work.Perfect for someone who enjoys creating order, takes pride in the details, and likes being the go-to person for making things happen.What You Will DoRestock snacks, drinks, food, and office supplies by ordering and putting items awayManage admin for the lunch delivery serviceKeep common areas tidy by handling dishes left out, taking out trash, and maintaining general presentabilitySet up desks and swag for new hiresSort and distribute mail as it arrivesRun the dishwasher and handle dishes as neededPlan and execute team events including happy hours, holiday decorations, and two annual off-sitesWhat This Role NeedsRequiredAvailable to work 5 hours per week on-site in San FranciscoAble to start immediately, ideally next MondayComfortable working independently without daily oversightReliable and consistent with follow-through on recurring tasksSkilled at prioritizing and managing your own timeComfortable with light physical tasks like restocking shelves and tidying spacesStrong communication skills for coordinating with vendors and the teamAuthorized to work in the United StatesPreferredExperience managing office operations or facilities in a startup or small companyFamiliarity with event planning and vendor coordinationComfortable using basic productivity tools for ordering and schedulingBonusLiving in San Francisco or nearby with easy access to the officeExperience planning team off-sites or multi-day eventsBackground in hospitality, admin, or operations rolesWho You AreSomeone who notices when the coffee is running low before anyone else does.
