Residents can enjoy the benefits of a well-connected community with access to the amenities of Timberridge Place, including a fitness center and swimming pool.Position: Apartment Groundskeeper/ PorterLocation: Timberridge Place Apartment Homes, 150 Timber Ridge St NE, Albany, OR 97322 [Visit Timberridge Place/Somerset!] Schedule: Part-time position (24 hours per week); Required shifts are Thursday and Sunday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The third shift may be either Friday or Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, based on preference. Employees must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, move heavy equipment, and use hand and power tools. The role involves repetitive motions of the hands, fingers, and wrists, and requires sufficient hearing, motor skills, and coordination to safely operate equipment and perform job tasks.
