Lead Developer Advocate (AI Ecosystem)
About the RoleEven Realities is building a new category of smart glasses — combining advanced display technology, contextual intelligence, and human-centred design. As we scale our platform, the strength and diversity of our external ecosystem becomes a defining pillar.We are looking for an Ecosystem Manager who can design, grow, and manage a world-class network of builders, developers, creators, researchers, and institutions around Even Realities. This role blends strategic partnership development, community architecture, developer-ecosystem nurturing, and content enablement — with the overarching goal of positioning Even Realities as a leading voice in next-generation wearable technology.Core ResponsibilitiesBuild a Strategic EcosystemIdentify, onboard, and manage high-value relationships across:Independent developers and technical creatorsInfluential individuals and positive-impact entrepreneursUniversities, research labs, and educational institutionsScientific associations, health/optometry experts, and innovation groupsCreatives and storytellers aligned with human-centred technologyDefine clear partnership models that accelerate long-term innovation and platform value.Grow Platform Adoption & Developer SuccessEstablish the foundation of Even’s developer ecosystem (programs, resources, incentives, documentation).Work closely with engineering to enable partners to build meaningful applications and integrations.Support early partners with prototypes, pilots, and real-world experiments using G2 glasses and the R1 ring.Strategic Content DevelopmentCollaborate with partners to create case studies, technical insights, and real-world stories.Work with marketing and comms to turn these into impactful content — video, talks, written narratives, platform showcases.Ensure content authentically reflects Even’s “quietly extraordinary” philosophy.Community Architecture & EngagementBuild and maintain a curated network of “friends of Even” — experts, creators, and innovators who can influence and advise.Organise ecosystem events: workshops, meetups, research sessions, cross-discipline roundtables.Drive structure and continuity through CRM, playbooks, and relationship cadences.Position Even Realities at the Forefront of InnovationInvolve Even Realities with emerging trends across smart glasses, optics, AI, spatial interfaces, and related research fields.Identify opportunities for Even Realities leadership to feature at conferences, panels, universities, and partner events.Key Requirements5–8+ years experience in technology partnerships, developer relations, or ecosystem/community management.Track record building and leading complex, cross-functional partnerships.Experience with startups, research institutions, or high-growth tech platforms.Strong understanding of product, technology, community dynamics, and strategic storytelling.Genuine curiosity about display tech, AI, optics, and human-computer interaction.Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style.
