As a growing organization, it offers opportunities to contribute directly to impactful projects and shape modern digital experiences.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Full Stack Developer role based in Seattle, WA, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. The Full Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications across the front end and back end, ensuring responsive, accessible, and high-performing user experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, refactoring existing code, integrating APIs and third-party services, and collaborating with designers and product stakeholders to refine requirements. The role also involves writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to architecture decisions and best practices. The developer will work in an agile environment, regularly delivering increments of value and continuously improving deployment and monitoring processes.Qualifications Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience delivering end-to-end web applications.Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, data modeling, and server-side frameworks.Ability to design, implement, and maintain integration points between front-end and back-end systems.Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases and basic performance optimization techniques.Understanding of testing practices (unit, integration, or end-to-end) and debugging in both client and server environments.Comfort working in an agile or iterative environment, with strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization is a plus.
