In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, general contractors, and clients to successfully help manage multiple projects from kickoff through installation. Compensation/Benefits$70,000 - $80,000 based on experienceMedical plus $400 in health reimbursement 401K with 3% company match Extra Perks – cell phone and company laptop provided Paid Vacation LocationRancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688** Southern California travel to job locations QualificationsBachelor’s degree in construction management – a plus2 + years of experience in project engineering – preferredProven Construction-related project management experience - preferredKnowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, fabrication, or foodservice design-a plusAbility to interpret construction documents, contracts, and technical drawings- will trainAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the Food Service Industry– a plus Available and open to Southern CA travel  Self-Motivated and ProactiveOrganized and Detailed OrientedStrong work ethic with desire to grow in a long-term career within the company Responsibilities Read drawings and check equipment to ensure standards are met – we will train the right candidateManage project schedules to ensure the timely completion and accuracy of all deliverablesManage project budgets and expense trackingCoordinate with General Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Clients on all project details and timelinesManage on-site project measurements and specifications Communicate project status with stakeholdersPhysical Demands of the PositionAbility to make repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers Ability to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 50 percent of the time Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.We look forward to receiving your resume!
