Job Description $3,000 Sign on Bonus Great benefits Vacation package Extra $1.00 an hour for perfect attendance Two consecutive days off (either Friday & Saturday or Sunday & Monday) Temperature control facility 40 hrs. scheduled work week Shifts Available:2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm3rd Shift: 10:30pm-7:00amDescription: Repair and troubleshoot bakery equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Support high speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, basic I/O, and machine controls. Perform building maintenance and other projects as assigned. Must maintain accurate and timely records of work performed on work orders, maintenance calls, and preventive maintenance reports.Job Requirements:Must have minimum 1+ years of hands on experience in mechanical work in a manufacturing environment (baking industry is preferred) OR proven technical training / certification in Maintenance Mechanic and Electrical.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to analyze and solve difficult technical problems.Must be able to use independent judgment.Reliability and dependability is a key factor for success.Experience in preventative and predictive maintenanceKnowledge of high-speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, and basic I/OKnowledge in PLC experience is a plus.
