Apply via Dice today!We are looking for Senior Agile Coach - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Regina, SKJob Title: Senior Agile Coach - Remote / TelecommuteJob Location: Regina, SKJob Type: ContractJob Overview:The Senior Agile Coach will drive the adoption of Agile principles and practices across teams and departments to align delivery with enterprise strategy.The role involves coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to improve maturity and build high-performing, self-organizing teams.The position includes guiding teams and leadership on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban tailored to organizational needs.The coach will facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Requirement/Must Have:8 10 years of experience in Agile environments including enterprise-level coaching and training.Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.Experience coaching mature Agile teams and advancing Agile practices.Demonstrated experience in servant leadership and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience:Experience working with enterprise Agile transformations.Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and organizational change initiatives.Experience developing Agile maturity models and tracking progress.Responsibilities:Foster adoption of Agile principles and practices across teams and departments.Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to enhance performance and maturity.Educate teams and leadership on Agile frameworks and best practices.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and key events.Identify and remove impediments to Agile delivery.Develop and manage Agile maturity backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics.Deliver training programs to build Agile capability across the organization.Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and learning culture.Skills:Deep expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and product delivery models.Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills.Ability to influence change and drive cross-functional collaboration.Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex impediments.Experience with Agile metrics and performance tracking.Qualification And Education:Agile certifications or supplemental training in Agile coaching or delivery preferred.
