You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the insurance process.Key responsibilities include executing business development strategies to achieve sales goals, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, assisting clients with applications and policy processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.Earning Potential:$45,000 – $85,000+(base + commission, uncapped potential) ⸻Qualifications• Strong analytical and market research skills to identify client needs and tailor insurance solutions• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships• Proven experience in lead generation and business development to meet sales targets• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required• Experience in the insurance industry• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly preferred: Spanish–English and/or Vietnamese–English. Additional languages are a strong plus.
