Other Specialty Trade ContractorsBoiler, Tank, and Shipping Container ManufacturingCommercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and LeasingPipeline Transportation of Crude OilPerforming Arts CompaniesLead Superintendent – Multifamily (Ground-Up)📍 Miami–Fort Lauderdale, FL 💼 Full-Time | On-SiteAbout the OpportunityAppleOne is working with a growing, well-established commercial General Contractor that has asked us to find a Lead Superintendent with strong ground-up multifamily experience to support their expanding South Florida portfolio.This firm has a steady pipeline of mid-rise and high-rise multifamily projects and is looking for a Superintendent who can lead from the front and drive projects to successful completion.Position OverviewThe Lead Superintendent will be responsible for managing all field operations for ground-up multifamily projects, ensuring execution from preconstruction through turnover.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of ground-up multifamily constructionManage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily operationsDevelop and maintain project schedulesCoordinate structural, MEP, and finish tradesEnforce jobsite safety and OSHA complianceConduct site walks, inspections, and quality controlCollaborate with Project Managers on budget and scheduleManage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, reports)Drive project milestones and ensure on-time deliveryQualifications10+ years of construction experience5+ years as a Lead SuperintendentProven experience managing multifamily projects from start to finishExperience with mid-rise/high-rise or podium constructionStrong knowledge of South Florida construction practicesProficient in Procore and scheduling toolsStrong leadership and communication skillsOSHA 30 preferredSpanish preferredCompensation & Benefits$125K – $150K+ base (DOE)Vehicle allowance or company vehicle + gas cardHealth insurance + 401(k)Bonus + PTO
