Our team is dedicated to excellence, and we are looking for a Landscape Install Supervisor with landscape and irrigation knowledge to join our dynamic team in Orlando.Position Overview: The Landscape Install Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation of landscape projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of landscape and irrigation systems, and the ability to manage and motivate a team of landscape professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of landscape installation crews.Ensure all landscape and irrigation installations meet company standards and client expectations.Develop and maintain schedules for landscape projects, ensuring timely completion.Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.Inspect work sites to ensure safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to landscape and irrigation installations.Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of project progress, including materials used and labor hours.Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and estimates.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of materials and supplies.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape installation and irrigation systems.Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, plant materials, and irrigation systems.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods.Capability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat and rain.
