Private Investigator – Litigation & Crash Investigations

BOLO Consulting is seeking a licensed Private Investigator to support complex accident reconstruction and commercial vehicle investigations. This is not standard surveillance-only work. We are looking for a detail-oriented investigator who understands evidence preservation, scene documentation, and litigation support. Responsibilities: Conduct crash scene investigations and follow-up site visits Locate and interview witnesses Obtain surveillance and third-party video footage Canvas businesses and residences for time-sensitive evidence Secure and document vehicles at tow yards Assist with commercial vehicle investigations (maintenance records, company verification, driver background research) Coordinate with experts and attorneys Prepare clear investigative reports suitable for litigation Qualifications: Active Florida Private Investigator license (required) 3+ years investigative experience preferred Experience with motor vehicle or commercial crash cases strongly preferred Strong written documentation skills Professional demeanor when interacting with witnesses and law enforcement Ability to move quickly on time-sensitive evidence Preferred Background: Former law enforcement Experience in commercial vehicle or catastrophic injury cases Drone certification (a plus) Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Compensation: Per-assignment or hourly structure Opportunity for consistent weekly case volume Access to BOLO equipment and internal support About BOLO Consulting BOLO Consulting is a South Florida-based accident reconstruction and crash intelligence firm focused on early evidence preservation and data-driven liability strategy.
