What You'll Do as an Industrial Paint Line Operator: Apply paint products in accordance with customer and QMS specifications/requirementsFollow and understand standard work, training guides, procedures, and acceptance criteria to meet customer requirementsUse paint spray equipment, sanding equipment, and various hand toolsMaintain and clean spray guns and related equipmentFollow and understand build boards and Kanban system requirementsReport inconsistencies and/or defects in material, product, or equipmentMaintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in collaborative manner with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and managementHelps company meet its Strategic, Quality and Safety objectivesOther duties may be assignedWhat You Need to Bring to the Industrial Paint Line Operator Role: High School Diploma or GED1+ years of prior work experience in related fieldBasic computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, etc.)Familiarity with HVLP and/or electrostatic guns, pressure pots, and proportioners is a plus but not requiredWritten and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skillsWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
