Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Migration Developer(MUST Have On-Premise to Dynamics 365 Online Migration Experience)Location: Remote (US)Duration: 3–6 Month ContractEngagement Type: C2C PreferredWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to support the migration of a legacy on-premise Dynamics CRM environment to Dynamics 365 Online.This is not a standard D365 development role.Candidates MUST have previous experience migrating older on-premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments to Dynamics 365 Online and be comfortable working with legacy customizations, plugins, workflows and Exchange integrations.You will work closely with an experienced Head Developer while taking ownership of the day-to-day migration and development activities.MUST HAVE• Previous experience migrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise) to Dynamics 365 Online• Strong Dynamics CRM / D365 CE development experience• Experience with custom plugins, workflows, business process flows and entity customizations• Experience supporting or migrating Microsoft Exchange integrations and email tracking functionality• Strong C# and .NET development experience• Ability to work independently with limited supervision• Excellent communication skillsHIGHLY DESIRABLE• Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015 or 2016 experience• Experience modernizing legacy CRM customizations during cloud migrations• Experience with Power Platform and Power Automate• Azure integration experience• Data migration and deployment experienceRESPONSIBILITIES• Lead the development aspects of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premise to Dynamics 365 Online migration• Analyse and recreate existing CRM customizations within the cloud environment• Develop and support plugins, workflows, integrations and custom entities• Maintain and enhance CRM and Microsoft Exchange integration functionality• Support testing, deployment and post-migration activities• Collaborate with the Head Developer on architecture reviews and key technical decisionsIMPORTANTMust be a US Citizen or GC holderPlease only apply if you have previous experience migrating an on-premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment to Dynamics 365 Online.Candidates without direct migration experience will not be considered.To apply, please send your resume along with:• Availability• Location• Expected hourly C2C rate• Details of your most recent Dynamics CRM migration projectoliver@dynamicn.com
