They will play an integral part to keep the AC and Heat working at all times throughout our manufacturing sites.Key Responsibilities:Performing routine checks, cleaning filters, lubricating parts and ensuring proper system operationDiagnosing and fixing problems with HVAC systems, replacing parts and making necessary adjustmentsIdentifying the root cause of system malfunctions and developing solutionsCommunicating with customers about system issues, providing explanations and offering recommendationsFollowing safety protocols when working with refrigerants, electrical components, and other hazardous materialsInterpreting blueprints and schematics to locate components and plan repairsMaintaining records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and repair detailsWorking with other tradespeople such as electricians to complete projectsMinimum Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC related fieldStrong understanding of HVAC systemsAbility to assemble, repair, and maintain HVAC componentsBasic knowledge of electrical systems and wiringAbility to diagnose and resolve system malfunctionsAbility to explain technical issuesAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spacesUnderstanding of safety regulations and procedures for working with HVAC systemsEPA certification for handling refrigerants may be requiredWhat You'll Love About Us:Best People and Team.
