Workday API Developer

Role Description We are looking for a Workday API Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs, with strong attention to reliability, security, and data quality. Qualifications 6+ years of Workday integration development experience. Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors. Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations. Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs. Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration. Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns. Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design. Requirements Workday Pro Integrations certification (preferred). Experience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll (preferred). Familiarity with Workday Extend (preferred). Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments (preferred). Experience integrating Workday with major SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce) (preferred).
