GUI Designer -DSS

Description: We are looking for a talented GUI Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling, and accessible graphical user interfaces for our software products. You will translate user needs and business requirements into polished, functional designs — from initial wireframes through pixel-perfect final assets — while working closely with product managers, UX researchers, and front-end developers. Responsibilities: Design user interfaces for desktop, web, and mobile applications that are intuitive and on-brand Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity design specs Build and maintain a scalable design system including components, icons, color palettes, and typography Collaborate with UX researchers to incorporate usability testing findings into design iterations Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Apply accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) across all interface designs Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with GUI design trends and platform guidelines Produce and maintain design documentation, style guides, and redlines Participate in design critiques and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback Support A/B testing by designing and delivering design variants for experimentation Requirements: Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree and 4-7 years experience *Position subject to CSWF requirements*
