Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Description Warehouse Operations Manager – Aerospace /DistributionWe are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehouse and distribution operations within a fast-paced aerospace component environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, safety, quality, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.Key Responsibilities:If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.• Oversee daily warehouse operations, production flow, shipping, receiving, and inventory management• Lead and develop warehouse teams including scheduling, training, performance management, and accountability• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles including 6S, visual management, KPIs, time studies, and continuous improvement programs• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety standards, and company operating procedures• Monitor productivity, quality, delivery performance, and inventory accuracy using operational metrics and reporting tools• Support quality initiatives including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality inspections• Manage equipment, facility maintenance, and preventative maintenance programs• Coordinate shipping and logistics operations across multiple transportation channelsQualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree preferred• 7–10+ years of Operations experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role• Experience in aerospace, metals distribution, warehouse logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred• Knowledge of Lean Principles, inventory control, production planning, and operational excellence initiatives• Experience with quality systems such as AS9100 and ERP systems is a plus• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, global organization focused on operational excellence, innovation, and long-term growth.
