Customer Service RepresentativeContract Length: 3 months, possible extensionPay: $16/hr w2, no benefitsLocation: McDonough, GAWork Setup: On-SiteWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with pre- and post-sale questions, basic installation support, and problem resolution. The Customer Service Representative will handle calls, emails, and web chats while guiding customers in a timely, professional manner.Customer Service Representative ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer calls and assist with product-related questions and issues. Respond to customer emails within 24 hours. Engage with web chat customers within 10 seconds of the request. Work toward one-touch resolutions by assisting customers in the fewest number of interactions possible. Process warranty orders by supplying the fewest items necessary to resolve the issue. Create Return Merchandise Authorizations for eligible orders between 1-90 days old. Capture inbound sales when appropriate. Demonstrate excellent customer service when resolving complaints and questions. Follow company policies, procedures, and the Customer Relations manual. Maintain a professional and positive attitude. Customer Service Representative Qualifications6 months of email correspondence experience. 6 months of Microsoft Word and Excel experience. 2 years of meaningful work experience preferred, especially customer service related. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively. Able to work independently with integrity and professionalism. Able to handle a fast-paced call center environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook. Able to learn Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Calabrio. Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask. ScheduleMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
