Bookkeeper / Assistant Building Manager

Role Description This part-time hybrid role involves dual responsibilities as a Bookkeeper and an Assistant Building Manager. The position is based in Englewood, NJ, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Key tasks include maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets, assisting with building maintenance, and supporting overall facility operations. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating between departments, vendors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Management and Facility Management (FM) fundamentalsExperience in Building Maintenance and general upkeep knowledgeStrong skills in Budgeting and financial planningExcellent Communication skills to coordinate with teams, vendors, and stakeholdersAbility to work with attention to detail and effectively manage timeBasic knowledge of bookkeeping software and financial record-keeping practicesFamiliarity with hybrid work environments and a flexible approach to responsibilitiesExperience with small business operations or related industries is a plus
