Client Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our Client Service Representative's are responsible for driving the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, and ensuring good communication with associates and clients. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by having strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for helping clients and their pets.
Responsibilities:
* Answering phones in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner
* Assist incoming clients by completing the required documentation, entering all pet information and history in the computer, and ensuring prompt service
* Assist outgoing clients by providing necessary instructions, information, invoicing, and scheduling future appointments
* Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures
* Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing emails
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
