HVAC Project Manager
HVAC Project Manager (OSHPD) Anaheim, CA, 92801 (onsite) Full time Summary · The Project Manager (OSHPD) will be responsible to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. Roles & Responsibilities · Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. · Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management. · Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. · Manage the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. · Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. · Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other senior management. · Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. · Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. · Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. · Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. · Track project milestones and deliverables. · Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. · Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. · Regular attendance and timeliness · Perform other duties as assigned. · Minimum Qualifications · Familiar with the HVAC industry standards and codes · Prior experience in the installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment and supporting structures. · Demonstrated experience in personnel management · Familiar with OSHPD rules and regulations · Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential · Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities · Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently · Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction or equivalent experience · 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry · 5+ years of experience in managing Healthcare/OSHPD projects · 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the industry Required Skills · Project Manager Work Authorization · Green Card · US Citizen Job Type: Full-time Salary: $100,147.18 - $117,691.65 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Referral program Relocation assistance Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Application Question(s): DO you have experience with these company :- --- ACCO / Southland Industries / Emcor / Limbach / Talent Air / Pan Pacific Mechanical / Pacific Rim Mechanical / Control Air / Christian Brothers / Xcel Mechanical ???? because client is looking for someone with these company .- its mandatory Experience: HVAC industry: 7 years (Required) OSHPD: 5 years (Required) Project Manager / Project management: 5 years (Required) Work Location: On the road
