What You’ll Do
Drive Results: Generate and analyze sales and merchandise reports to identify opportunities and boost store performance.
Lead the Business: Maximize store sales and profitability through customer engagement, business analysis, and smart merchandising strategies.
Build Culture: Foster a customer-first environment that values teamwork, communication, and accountability.
Empower the Team: Use creative and personalized training plans to develop top talent, build problem-solving skills, and encourage action.
Operational Excellence: Ensure all customer service, merchandising, and operational standards are met consistently.
Decision Making: Use strong judgment and discretion to set goals, define priorities, and make business decisions that drive success.
Performance Leadership: Address under performance through coaching and corrective action; conduct annual reviews to promote growth and continuous improvement.
Talent Planning: Recruit, hire, and retain exceptional people. Maintain an active network of future talent and build a strong internal bench.
Engage Digitally: Drive local brand awareness by utilizing store-level social media and new communication tools to connect teams and share success stories.
Operational Management:
Plan and manage daily schedules, interviews, payroll, and staffing.
Monitor labor and sales goals, adjusting as needed to meet business targets.
Spend at least 60% of time performing “Leader on Duty” responsibilities.
Lead with Purpose: Create and execute short- and long-term strategies that enhance the in-store experience for both customers and the team.
What You Bring
3–5 years of retail management experience
Proven ability to drive sales through customer experience and operational excellence
Strong leadership, delegation, and communication skills
Skilled in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
Experience with POS systems and retail analytics
Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and planning skills
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Ability to lead change and inspire others in a dynamic environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work a flexible schedule (including weekends and closing shifts)
Comfortable leveraging social media to represent the store and engage the community

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
